Please use the Withdrawal Form to withdraw a student from Freedomschoolers Academy.

• Withdrawal date will be the date submitted unless otherwise notated in the comments section. 

• One student per form submission.
• Diplomas. transcripts, and/or academic records will not be issued without required documents on file.
