 Your Enrollment Agreement and Registration Form have been submitted.

  1. Please take note of the date the Enrollment Agreement was submitted. This is your Registration Date.
  2. You will receive an email when your Private Family Page has been created. This email will contain a link for your to create your login.
  3. Review the information below to complete your registration.

 Submit Registration Documents

Documents required for registration under Florida State Law must be received
within 30 days of submitting the Enrollment Form for enrollment to remain valid.

Once your Registration Form has been completed, your Family Page will be created. You will receive an email from AShaffer@Freedomschoolers.com ​with the link to create your Family Page log in. You will need to click on the link in the email to Create your password and log in to your member account. Attendance Reporting is done through your FSA member account.

Please use the Update Info button to update, change, or correct any information appearing on your Family Page.

Withdrawing from Public and Private School

If your student is being withdrawn from a public or private school, please provide the school information on the Registration Form so that FSA may submit an Enrollment Verification and Records Request to your student's previous school. You may also need to complete a withdrawal form directly with the school per their withdrawal process. 

Terminate Your School District Home Education Program (HEP)

If you are currently homeschooling under a HEP (i.e. you previously sent a letter of intent to your Florida public school district), you will need to terminate your HEP with the school district. Freedomschoolers Academy has created a pdf form for you to make this as easy as possible.

HEP Termination Form and submit it the public school district where your HEP is registered. Here is a list of public school district superintendent's contact information.

Please also include the county HEP information on your FSA Registration Form so that we may submit an Enrollment Verification to them as well.
